This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of our hospital’s quality and risk programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you will play a key role in leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of our hospital’s quality and risk program.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and monitoring of our Hospital-wide Quality Improvement Program, with a focus on risk management.Champion all accreditation processes, ensuring our standards of care remain exceptional.Provide leadership and coaching to empower managers in building a strong quality and risk management culture.Play a key role in clinical data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve patient outcomes.Participate and review investigations, ensuring a thorough and thoughtful approach to continuous improvement.What You’ll Bring to the Role:Tertiary qualifications in clinical or non-clinical disciplines.Proven experience in Quality Improvement and/or Clinical Governance.A track record of successfully implementing organisation-wide initiatives and influencing teams to build a culture of quality improvement.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.In-depth knowledge of the ACHS Accreditation System and the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.Strong educational and auditing skills that contribute to building robust systems and practices.Why Healthscope?When you join Healthscope, you become part of our Community of Care.
