Your Role: Industrial Maintenance Manager
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager to join our Above Water Systems team based in Garden Island. You will support RMP-E, ensuring the contractual commitments are met as well as customer satisfaction. You will also ensure that the industrial equipment is maintained and in operating condition, and available for use.
Key Responsibilities:
9. Develop, optimise and track the budget for the maintenance requirements
10. Ensure that preventive, corrective, or remedial actions are performed in accordance with maintenance plans and at the associated intervals
11. Manage maintenance and metrology activity by established KPIs
12. Lead and participate in Short Interval Management meetings within the area of responsibility
13. Propose plans for improving and upgrading equipment
14. Establish maintenance plans for the industrial infrastructure
15. Initiate and manage actions for continuous improvement
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
16. Strong technical knowledge of electronics, electromechanics, mechanics,
17. Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
18. Understanding of data analysis and statistical process control
19. Understanding of Production and Repair processes
20. Strong knowledge of products and their manufacturing or repair processes
21. Practice of analytical and problem-solving techniques (Plan, Do, Check Act (PDCA))
22. Knowledge of industrial IT & use of dashboards (analysis, decision support)
