We’re customer focused and collaborative, providing a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.The role:The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (AO7) collaborates with the Director and Assistant Director - Talent Acquisition to design, implement and evaluate proactive educational workforce recruitment projects, programs and initiatives including completing bulk and specialist recruitment processes.As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening top talent to matching them with schools that align with their skills and expertise. You will cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their unique needs, create engaging job advertisements, and lead the search to find the best-fit candidates.About you:Your extensive knowledge of end-to-end attraction and recruitment will position you as a subject matter expert in your field. This support and advice will assist your stakeholders to enable informed decisions in attracting and recruiting candidates.In addition, your strong interpersonal, customer-focused, communication and negotiating skills along with your ability to forecast and workforce plan will ensure schools and business units are fully staffed with the right people.A relevant bachelor’s degree and demonstrated ability in interpreting and applying HR legislation frameworks and working visa processes is desirable but not essential.Join us:You’ll be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package including salary $113,938 - $122,574, 17.5% annual leave loading, six weeks recreation per annum, three week personal leave per annum, cultural leave and option to salary sacrifice.Flexible working arrangements.Significant relocation expenses.A supportive leadership, peer group and a dynamic team to support you to grow and develop your career.This is a great time to consider a move to the Northern Territory.
