As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be part of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing Teachers and Educators in your centre.
You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

The Centre Director will deliver our bespoke learning program, built in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
The successful candidate will also build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
The Centre Director will work closely with the team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.
About Goodstart Mildura – Matthew Flinders Drive:
This 115 Place centre is located in close proximity to Mildura Central shopping centre, local primary schools as well as TAFE and La Trobe University.
You'll join an established leadership team with two Assistant Directors operating at the centre.
Near to sister centre – 11th Street, for support and peer networking.
This centre has been part of the local community for over 20 years and a part of Goodstart since 2011.
You'll be supported by an experienced Centre Coach.
Relocation support may be available to eligible candidates.

You'll need:
A Diploma or bachelor's in early childhood education (or working towards).
Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
