About the Role Reporting to the People Services Manager, this role will be responsible for managing employment contracts, ensuring compliance with HR policies, maintaining HR data integrity, supporting onboarding processes, and assisting with recruitment coordination.
You will play a key role in providing timely and accurate HR administration, ensuring a positive experience for our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Generate employment contracts, variation letters, and salary review documentation within set timeframes.
Maintain employee data integrity in People Hub, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks and compliance training.
Partner with People Business Partners to ensure legal compliance with casual conversions and enterprise agreements.
Support managers with probation reviews, compliance training follow-ups, and employee records.
Administer service recognition programs, VEVO checks, and commission plans.
Assist in phone screening candidates and coordinating recruitment activities.
Provide reports on employee data, birthdays, service anniversaries, and workforce insights.
Collaborate with internal teams including Payroll, HSE, and Learning & Development.
Adhere to workplace health & safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
A customer-centric and professional approach to building relationships.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A Certificate in Business, Human Resources, or Administration.
