Because we're seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator to join us and help grow our talented team.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment:- Build and maintain productive relationships with potential candidates in the real estate industry.- Use social media to stay connected with talent and update candidate databases.- Write and post job ads, screen applicants, arrange interviews, and conduct reference checks.- Oversee onboarding, prepare Letters of Offer, and conduct performance reviews. Administration:- Set up new employees in Xero and manage payroll.- Update employee records, licences, and the Employee Handbook.- Handle employee requests, manage leave, and oversee workplace injury logs.- Coordinate with IT for equipment and maintain the employee tech inventory.Training and Culture:- Organise training sessions, Career Nights, Quarterly Awards, and office events.- Plan staff gifts for birthdays and anniversaries to foster our positive and supportive team culture.Who We're Looking For:- You have experience in HR and recruitment, ideally within the real estate industry.- You're a go-getter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long lasting industry relationships.- As a people-person, you have exceptional communication and organizational skills.- You are somewhat tech-savvy, so you have proficiency in HR software (Xero experience is a plus).Why Join Us?When you are part of the award-winning Boffo Real Estate team, you are involved with one of the most exciting, game-changing and innovative real estate brands in Australia.
