Our client has partnered with a renowned investment firm that specializes in real estate, private equity, and structured finance across both Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and refining financial models to evaluate loans on real estate developments and investment assets.
* Contributing to investment committee materials, term sheets, and capital-raising documents.
* Conducting market research and due diligence to support new investment opportunities.
Ideal Profile:
* CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years industry experience in real estate sectors, investment banking, private equity, or funds management.
* Advanced financial modelling experience within the property investment space is crucial.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail that drives insightful decision-making.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this newly created position will play a critical role in supporting senior team members through transaction analysis, model building, and management reporting.
