Job Title: Location Team Member
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Location Team as a Location Team Member. This role will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall satisfaction of our customers in their homes or communal areas.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in locations, adhering to health and safety procedures and using cleaning products effectively.
* Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the Location Manager.
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Customer Service NVQ2 (or equivalent) is desirable.
* Prior experience in cleaning and knowledge of cleaning procedures, including the use of equipment, is essential.
* Familiarity with data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
* Understanding of Health & Safety principles, including COSHH regulations.
Required Skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and plan around customer needs.
