For a Career Development Consultant to join the team at Mas National. Located in Adelaide & surrounding areas, you will be joining a highly experienced team to deliver career advice to clients in the local community.

About the role:
Mas Career Development Consultants deliver the Mas Career Advice service which is a tailored support service to help our clients discover the right career path.
You will provide these services through a combination of face to face, phone and electronic means to ensure all Mas clients receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for:
1. Providing one on one career advice
2. Administering and interpreting career assessments
3. Leading engaging presentations and workshops to a wide variety of clients
4. Performing business development to secure sources for career consults
5. Working with internal stakeholders to maximise client opportunities
6. Attending career expos
7. Performing administration in line with contractual requirements
About you:
We are seeking an experienced candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Your prior work experience enables you to provide a high level of support to clients. Other requirements include:
8. Graduate Certificate in Career Development, or working towards
9. Working knowledge in career development and advice
10. Ability to build stakeholder networks through proactive Business Development
11. Experience in public speaking and/or delivering presentations
12. Experience delivering career consultations
13. Forward thinker with the ability to guide, mentor & inspire
14. Strong influencing skills / proven written communication skills
15. Work collaboratively in a team environment
16. Genuine desire to have a positive impact by providing career advice
17. Full drivers licence & ability to travel when required
