We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and proactive Maintenance Officer to join our Ramsay hospitals in the Albury Wodonga region! About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking all required hospital maintenance duties and ensuring services comply with legislative standards and corporate policy guidelines. Working with a collaborative and supportive team, you will report to and perform duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager. This includes performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and coordinating with external contractors to support the overall operational needs of our facilities. Your effective problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills will be critical for this role. You will also have: Relevant experience in facility maintenance service delivery A willingness to work across trades areas within skill levels Proven experience in external contractor management Understanding of OH&S policies and procedures Sound level of computer literacy skills Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise tasks effectively Experience in and ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement principles Experience in a previous hospital maintenance role What's in it for you?
