OUR TEAM
MinterEllison's Sydney Projects, Infrastructure and Construction (PIC) team is consistently ranked as Band 1 by APL500 and Chambers. The team is led by partners Elizabeth McKechnie, Meredith Riley, Carrie Metcalfe, Simon Harvey, Claire Tait and Andrew Hales.
Our client base is diverse comprising Tier 1 Contractors, Real Estate and Renewable Energy Developers, and Government. The team's Partners are recognised as leaders in the construction, energy and infrastructure industry for their commerciality, depth of knowledge and technical excellence. Our team has worked on, and continues to work on, all of the major deals which define and continue to change the built landscape and support Australia’s energy transition. We offer our clients an end-to-end solution which allows us to see the project from conception until completion. MinterEllison's PIC team has been the lead advisor on numerous nationally significant construction and infrastructure projects and disputes. We are focussed on providing end-to-end legal support on major development, renewable energy and resources and infrastructure projects – from project structuring, advice on procurement options, financing, tender strategy, contract documentation and negotiation through to contract administration and dispute resolution.
YOUR ROLE
A great opportunity currently exists for a front-end construction, major projects, infrastructure or renewable energy and resources lawyer at a Lawyer or Associate level to join us.
We would like to hear from Lawyers and Associates who are experienced and interested in the following range of work:
* construction, property development and procurement
* infrastructure projects
* renewable energy and resources projects.
WHAT YOU NEED
We welcome applications from lawyers with a minimum 1 year PQE. Ideally, you will have construction, property development, major projects, renewable energy and resources or infrastructure industry experience and are looking to cement your career in a Tier 1 practice.
You will also have:
