About the role Your role as a Finance Business Partner (that's what we call our Assistant Project Accountants here), is all about providing support to SHAPE’s production teams with regards to the Finance function. Part of your role, you can look forward to duties such as: Providing day-to-day support to staff for Jobpac (construction ERP) and assist in developing and rolling out Jobpac training Overseeing client invoicing to ensure client progress claims are claimed, certified and received on a timely basis Reviewing pending invoice reports to ensure on time processing and payment of subcontract claims and supplier invoices Preparing periodic reporting for production teams for items such as debtors and bank guarantees Reviewing and assist production teams with the timely financial close out of projects Calculating and processing of monthly internal charges Overseeing the timely return of client security, including maintaining the security log and security listing Providing support to internal and external stakeholders with regards to SHAPE Online Claims Portal Supporting production and leadership teams with preparing and reviewing monthly project reporting About you At least 2 years construction project management experience is preferred Experience with Jobpac is preferred Demonstrated understanding of cost reporting principles. Excellent attention to detail Strong organisation and time management skills Ability to build and maintain relationships.
