A great opportunity has arisen to join the Hotel team at the Dorsett Hotel as a Hotel Guest Service Agent. In this role you will deliver outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the duration of their stay.
What are we looking for?
1. Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services
2. Previous experience in a 5-star establishment advantageous
3. Good keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera Cloud highly regarded)
4. A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)
5. The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
6. Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
7. Outstanding presentation and communication skills
8. Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
