About the Role: Deliver evidence-based psychological assessments and treatment Support tangata whaiora with moderate to severe mental health and addiction needs Collaborate with whānau, community partners, and health professionals Help build an integrated model of care that’s holistic and person-centred Engage in or train towards delivering DBT in a service with an established programme What’s On Offer: A supportive, forward-thinking team environment Flexible full-time or part-time working arrangements Ongoing professional development and clinical supervision Involvement in innovative service design and delivery Wellbeing initiatives that put people first About You: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board (Clinical Scope) Experience in adult mental health and/or addiction settings Strong therapeutic skills in CBT, DBT, ACT, or related modalities Cultural awareness and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, compassionate approach A genuine desire to walk alongside whaiora on their recovery journey Experience with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a plus, but training can be provided if you’re passionate about learning.
