About the role:
Mazda Australia is seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to coordinate, implement, and manage all Call Centre activities, ensuring operational excellence. As the Contact Centre Manager, you will be overseeing Mazda Australia's Customer Call Centre with a team of dedicated professionals. You will manage two teams, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency while driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
This position requires a full-time, in-office presence five days a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve the National Call Centre's objectives while providing day-to-day leadership to the Customer Call and Loan Vehicle teams to meet budgetary and KPI targets.
2. Manage third-party service providers and collaborate with National Customer Support Division (NCSD) Managers to proactively address enquiries and ensure performance targets are met.
3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental and organisational objectives, while monitoring key programmes and adjusting as necessary for desired outcomes.
4. Provide input into the annual budget, focusing on cost containment without compromising service, and ensure timely and effective reporting at all organisational levels.
5. Assist in managing the Early Alert Process for timely resolution of enquiries.
