You will support CCEP bulk, route and regional delivery contractors in meeting the delivery requirements of our customers, in a safe and efficient manner. This role will be responsible for the management of performance and fulfilling all contractual obligations of CCEP transport contractors.What will you be doing?Safety Management – get our people home to what they love!Manage the transport team to achieve team goalsEngage and develop team members to achieve a high performing culture and create careers paths for them to maximise their abilitiesManage transport providers to the agreed terms within their delivery contract including the Management KPI’s, corrective actions implemented if off trackReview weekly contractor KPIs and develop shared action plans to address any missed targetsComplete quarterly reviews with all transport contractorsEnsure Contractor Driver Performance and Standards by working closely with contractor managementWork with the national procurement team to complete tenders as required and contractor renewals as required, leading the change management process for the regions you manage.Complete periodic regional contract visits and reviews, build strong rapport and relationships with all key stakeholders to enable safe and efficient outcomes (Warehouse, Inventory, Sales, etc)Investigate and provide solutions for any customer risks or issuesWork closely with Local sales teams in providing delivery solutions to assist winning contracts and businessProvide coaching and support to Sales and NCC Teams to improve DIFOTAI performance and cost minimisation.Work closely with Territory planning and Sales teams to provide Re-Routing solutions.
