About the Role
In this position, you will drive regional success by engaging and developing relationships with clients in your community. You will leverage your professional network, combining working from home and presenting to clients face-to-face. You will focus on solution selling, identifying opportunities to add value and mitigate risk within client businesses. As you will be working across professional services, it is essential you are highly credible and can provide confidence to clients regarding services being sold.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with diverse clients.
* Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer challenges.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads.
* Engage in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business.
* Foster solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery.
* Deliver impactful face-to-face presentations to potential clients.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 2-3+ years of new business development or sales experience.
* You will have a strong network of potential clients to leverage from.
* Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting.
* Experience engaging with various stakeholders across industries.
* A strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
* Experience selling in a B2B environment.
* A respectful and professional demeanor.
