We are looking for culinary chef de partie rockstars to be a part of our Food and Beverage team working in fast paced kitchens including 5 star hotels, catering events and sporting events in the Gold Coast region.
Chef responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, working in production kitchens, events and A La Carte menus. You should be able to execute all tasks and be able to work in an organised and fast paced enviroment at all times.
* proven work experience as a Chef
* Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
* Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques are a bonus
* leadership skills
* ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
* excellent time management abilities
* up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
* familiar with sanitation regulations.
