Who are you?
* Detailed knowledge and experience mixing both sourdough and yeasted doughs using spiral and oblique mixers.
* Good touch, dough handling and shaping skills and a solid understanding of fermentation, proofing and recognising dough condition.
* Experience scoring and loading hearth loaves and baguettes.
* Excellent leadership skills, the ability to delegate effectively and drive the shift forward. Recognises the importance of and implements mise en place, clean as you go and safe working practices.
* Committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and attention to detail.
What can we offer you?
* We are looking for a Senior Baker keen to primarily work our morning shift. Approx. 2am start according to position and production demands.
* We pay according to the relevant award, your qualifications (if any) and your experience and what can you bring to the team.
