You'll evaluate risk for new business, renewals, and endorsements promptly and accurately. Building strong relationships with intermediaries and responding to customer inquiries professionally is key. Reporting to the Regional Manager (WA), this entry-level role demands attention to detail and effective management of our Mobile Plant and Liability portfolioAbout You You embody integrity and have a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries. You have superior attention to detail and strong time management skills. You thrive in a close-knit team environment that values connection and collaboration. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your well-developed negotiation skills will assist in processing renewals and new business. Experience Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, particularly if it involves insuring mobile plant and equipment. Proficiency in handling detailed data and reports, with a grasp of insurance processes and systems. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing customer interactions and relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful resolution of issues.
