We're honored that many of our clients rely solely on InLife for their essential support needs.To do a great job, you'll need:Good judgment and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our valuesExperience in manual handlingExperience in personal care (showering and dressing) and assistance with domestic dutiesFull driver's license and willingness to provide transport in your own vehicle (costs reimbursed)Great patience and a commitment to building rapport with clientsExperience in mental health and behaviors of concern would be an advantage but not essentialEnthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling livesCommitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals, e.g., supporting clients to complete a regular physiotherapy programWillingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, short shifts, sleepovers, and active night shiftsImportant Notes:When you apply, you will receive an email asking for further details—please look out for it!
