Management Roles-Senior, Night and Duty along with Admin and General Roles
The Katherine Country Club is seeking dynamic and experienced hospitality professionals to join our team in a range of Senior Management (Up to $117,000), Duty Management Roles ($74,100 to $83,200), Night Manager ($83,200 to $88,400), Administrative ($57,200 to $65,000) and General Hospitality Roles (Award). These are salaried full-time and casual positions based in Katherine, Northern Territory 0850. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our club. Katherine is a 3.5-hour drive south of Darwin.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, including managing staff, monitoring service standards, and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
* Handling administrative tasks such as Gaming (Pokies, Keno & TAB) paperwork, inventory/stock management, and day-to-day financial reporting.
* Assisting in the planning and execution of club events and functions.
* Promoting a positive and professional work environment.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar duty management or hospitality supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in using hospitality management systems and technology.
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be an advantage.
* Must have a Driver's License and own a Car.
