About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Decision Support Unit as Clinical Analyst where you will be responsible for:
4. Building and maintaining clinical databases for effective reporting and benchmarking activities
5. Providing expert knowledge about patient classification systems which influences analysis of clinical data across the organisation and into the community.
6. Collaborating with colleagues and external organisations to facilitate and enhance benchmarking activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
7. Be registered with the Nurses’ Board of South Australian and holds a current practicing certificate.
8. Possess effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
9. Have demonstrated ability in the facilitation of change management.
10. Experienced in computer language ie Visual basic, SQL languages and Microsoft packages.
11. Knowledge of the Casemix classification systems and the application of Casemix in health care delivery
