Our client is an Auckland based digital agency, working at the forefront of marketing transformation, providing end-to-end digital marketing services to B2B technology, software and professional services brands across Australasia and beyond. They are looking for a Client Account Manager for a freelance assignment, expect 2-3 months, 30 hours/week.
In this pivotal client facing role, you will have the ability to understand a customer’s requirements and demonstrate the confidence to develop a campaign that delivers on business KPIs. A high level of professionalism and accountability is needed as you will be the go-to marketing expert for clients and will oversee delivery of the work.
Experienced in building and managing client relationships through regular, proactive, and value-added communication, driving account strategy, campaign execution, and finally, team leadership and development, this role will deliver on projects and programmes through clear oversight, budget and stakeholder management. Strong copywriting skills are a must.
The right person for this role will have a tertiary qualification and 6+ years in a similar role with experience in client and relationship management, preferably agency or consultancy background, or experience in high-growth businesses. B2B marketing experience, ideally at an enterprise level is preferred. Experience in HubSpot / similar platforms would be advantageous but not critical.
You will be an effortless communicator, great at multitasking and project management, with high attention to detail.
