Job Title: Manager - Infant, Child and Family Services Mental Health

The Role:
The Manager of Infant, Child and Family Services will provide specialised care for families, parents/carers and children aged 0-11. Reporting to the Director of Recovery and Wellbeing Services, this position will be responsible for operational management of Infant, Child and Family Services and supporting the development and implementation of new models of care.
Key Requirements:
* Professionally recognised tertiary qualification in Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or other relevant discipline, as well as relevant professional registration
* Demonstrated operational management skills within a relevant healthcare setting
* Specialised knowledge and/or experience of mental health service provision for infants, children or families
* Willingness to support and sustain health system changes, including participation in the design and implementation of new models of care
Relocation Assistance:
We offer up to $15,000 in incentive payments to eligible candidates. The Victorian Government has allocated funds to support rural and regional Area Mental Health Services to provide incentives to attract workers to difficult-to-fill roles.
