ProUrban is a specialist town planning consultancy that provides advisory, planning and management services to property developers and landowners.
proUrban’s planning team works on a broad range of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects across metropolitan Melbourne. The majority of our projects relate to significant and complex development proposals and planning applications. We are also regularly involved in projects of state significance and major precinct-based projects for market-leading clients.
Our services on these projects include:
* Working with our clients to understand their objectives and tailoring solutions to enable the achievement of agreed outcomes.
* Securing planning permits: application strategy, preparation and management.
* Development site identification: inputs to feasibility studies, and pre-purchase planning due diligence.
* Facilitating planning scheme amendments: developing strategic justification, document preparation, stakeholder engagement, and process management.
* Consultation, negotiation, and engagement with local communities and other stakeholders.
* 'Front-end' project management services during the first half of the project life cycle, from project inception to the commencement of construction.
We specialise in providing advice and services that lead to both increased commercial returns for our clients and projects that have a positive impact on the local community. We achieve this by working closely with our clients to create and implement strategies that are directly linked to their objectives.
Drawing from our broad-based experience across the public and private sectors, we pride ourselves on providing advice that is pragmatic, accurate, and commercially focused. Our strong working relationships within State and local governments provide us with improved access to key decision-makers and influencers.
