We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Culinary Team as the Sous Chef of The Waiting Room. Our premium cocktail bar is situated at the Lobby of Crown Towers and provides exceptional cocktails and food assortments.
In this full-time role you will oversee operations for this premium outlet at Crown. Reporting to the Culinary Director, you will be required to train and mentor your team while liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level management. Your advanced time management, organizational, and task delegation skills will ensure an efficient daily kitchen operation.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
* Set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals
* Oversee financial figures, headcount and overall operations of the kitchen
* Ensure effective outlet management and efficiencies within the operation
* Coach, guide and mentor team members
* Adhere to all Crown safety policies and procedures
* Ensure the product consistency is attained in regard to appearance and taste
* Delegation of tasks and ensuring stock levels
