The Client & Roles:
We are currently working with a market leading utilities company, due to an uplift in their Security and Infrastructure departments they have multiple requirements for Project Managers specialising in infrastructure and network operations. There are numerous projects needed to be delivered with projects currently with seed funding and long-term potential following successful business case development.
Responsibilities:
1. A liaison point between IT security and business, project sponsors, cross-functional teams and a range of internal and external stakeholders, to manage end to end project deliverables.
2. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment to program goals, in accordance with the client's hybrid Project Management Methodology.
3. Ensure effective oversight and management of project risks and issues reporting and resourcing requirements.
4. Ensure that budgets are managed effectively and projects are delivered to time and cost constraints
5. Must have good stakeholder management and a good communicator
6. Experience providing an executive summary for the Board, Executives and the Steering Committee on Cyber project initiatives as required.
7. Good listening skill, sound attention to detail with the ability to bring solutions to problems.
Required Skills & Specialisms:
8. Degree qualified
9. PMP or equivalent certified
10. 5+ years in management roles, with strong preference given to those with project management experience
11. Experience in managing IT infrastructure, network and cloud based projects.
12. Exceptional leadership, budget and time management, facilitation, reporting and organisational skills
13. Working knowledge of ITIL and change management principles
14. Advantageous experience would be a working understanding of the Purdue model in an OT environment, SNOW integration experience, SCADA system upgrade experience or experience managing delivering CASB, SSE, SASE capabilities.
