This role is perfect for a payroll professional eager to grow their career in a stable, long-term environment.Job DescriptionReporting into the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly basisManaging onboarding and offboarding, leave entitlements, terminations, redundancies, payroll tax, superannuation, etc.Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulationsManual project allocation based on timesheet submissionsInterpreting and applying relevant awards and ERPsManaging payroll-related queries and resolving any discrepanciesOther ad hoc duties as requiredThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar end-to-end payroll position. They will be tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new software and/or experience in the construction industry as a bonus.
