SYSTEMS AND DOCUMENT ADMINISTRATOR

What you will be doing:
* Coordination of controlled documentation within the company
* Assist subject matter experts to create documents.
* Assist in supporting external audits engaged by HSE.
* Supports user requests for documentation and train users in Digital Safety Management System (SAI360).
* Maintains quality records per applicable SOPs
* Support relevant HSE incident investigations as required
* Prepare HSE Purchase Order requests
* Monitor compliance training for non-conformance
* Support implementation of projects in the Sea Swift Safety Transformation Plan
* Undertake EOM reporting including but not limited to:
o o HSE Incidents
o o Drug and Alcohol Testing
o o Lead and Lag Indicators.
o o Executive HSE KPI’s
What skills are required:
* Experience in Document Management Systems.
* Experience in Event Management and Training Systems.
* Current driver’s licence
* Demonstrated knowledge of Quality systems and document management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Team player with collaborative approach
* Administration and problem-solving skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
