Experience it here.Your responsibilities will include:Accounts PayableAct as the primary owner of the Accounts Payable Inbox and allocate supplier invoices between resources according to complexity/capacityEngage the Accounts Team Leader when supplementary resourcing is necessary to accommodate Accounts Payable workloadsOperate and maintain the integrity of tools developed to monitor supplier invoices and present results to the Accounts Team Leader as demandedProactively pursue issues that are resulting in delays to voucher finalisationReconcile vendor accounts and outstanding creditors at month-end and update supporting commentsProvide training and ongoing support to less senior resources preparing AP vouchers and perform quality control review thereonCredit Card AdministrationOperate and maintain the integrity of tools developed to monitorcredit card expense acquittal and approval and present results to the Accounts Team Leader as demandedFollow-up outstanding card transactions in line with published procedures and escalate breaches to management as requiredApply for cards and arrange cancellations as approved by management and amend user system accessProvide phone, online and face-to-face support to cardholdersExtract approved transactions from acquittal systems at month-end and upload into WorkbenchOversee and review data integrity audits upon extracted/batched transactionsCredit card expenses and general ledger reconciliationAbout you:Extensive experience working in Accounts Payable and Credit Card Administration within a transaction processing teamComputer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret reports and informationIntermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applicationsAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levelsAttention to detail and the ability to see patterns, trends or missing piecesClear and confident communicatorStrong customer focusSpecial Requirements:Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
