Job Description
You'll be working as part of our Maintenance and Delivery team, coordinating the implementation and improvement of quality management systems across the state.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing work activities to quality specifications by following established procedures.
* Performing measurements to confirm quality during and on completion of work, including completing relevant reports.
* Solving routine issues and collaborating with supervisors and managers to resolve complex problems.
Required skills and experience include:
* A solid understanding of WHS legislation, policies, and procedures, including assessing and controlling risks, records management, and industry requirements.
* Proven experience working independently and collaboratively with others.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
* The ability to think outside the box and positively influence multidisciplinary audiences.
* Relevant trade background and Construction Industry Certification (White Card) and Traffic Controllers Tickets (Blue and Yellow Tickets).
This role will require occasional travel to regional and remote areas, as well as flexible working hours to accommodate site visits. We take employee safety seriously, so you'll need to reside within 100 km of the Hay depot.
