Job Description Lead high performing teams to support the CRO agenda Bring experience with one or more of the risk management capabilities below Leverage and support our breadth of experience, global resources and superior assets Contribution to Accenture’s methodology and assets Form deep relationships with Accenture's clients and propose appropriate solutions and propositions Key Responsibilities Lead project teams in risk & compliance projects, including risk and compliance operating models, change management, process re-engineering, regulatory compliance, internal controls review, policies and procedures, monitoring, corporate governance and reporting Bring perspectives to client's business units, including Enterprise Risk Management, IT, Internal, Legal, Strategic Planning, Risk Analytics, Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office Support the team with the development of new intellectual capital for Accenture's Risk & Compliance service line, support development of thought leadership, and assist in publishing articles in industry periodicals Job Qualifications To be successful you will have: Experience within a Management Consulting firm (big 4 or assurance), risk consulting and/or banking is essential Minimum 7 years of work experience in advisory services to Financial Services on Risk Management in any of the areas below: Financial Crime Management Operational Risk Management Fraud operating model and detailed knowledge of modern fraud and scams monitoring tools Regulatory Change Management Credit Risk Risk analytics – technology risk Proven experience working in one or more of the above listed capabilities Strong track record of Risk / Compliance process design, re-engineering, risk transformation Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements including AUS/NZ regulations and global directives such as Basel III, BCB 239, SFC rules, AML, would be highly desirable People management skills, with proven experience in coaching team members Successful track record, offering impeccable service delivery Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, ideally using MS suite - particularly PowerPoint Bachelor's Degree J-18808-Ljbffr
