About the opportunity

We are currently looking for passionate people to support our Home Care clients to live independently at home by providing domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties
● Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team.
● Flexible working hours.
● Mobile phone.
What you’ll bring
You’re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
● Certificate III in Home or Aged Care is advantageous, but not essential.
● Passion about helping people in your community, with strong relationship building, time management and budget management skills.
● Previous case management experience as well as relevant qualifications.
● Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
● Strong communication and organisational skills.
● A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people’s physical limitations.
● The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients’ individual needs.
We would also love you to have:
● A current NDIS Worker Screen Check and Working with Children Check.
● Current COVID-19 certificate and proof of current influenza vaccination.
