A rare opportunity for a Marketing Executive with a leading property retail group in NSW beckons.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Development Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive project marketing strategies to drive the success of the luxury North Shore shopping centre.
* Strategic Marketing: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and bolster the market presence of the newly developed asset and its retailers.
* Retailer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with retailers, aligning their objectives with the assets' goals and driving collaborative marketing efforts.
* Event & Activations: Create memorable experiences through innovative event activations that captivate visitors and enhance the assets' appeal.
* Digital and Social Media Marketing: Lead the charge in digital and social media marketing, utilizing cutting-edge campaigns to captivate audiences and drive measurable results.
* Data-Driven Insights: Leverage market trends and customer insights to guide highly targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, promoting cohesion and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Some Years of Marketing Property Experience: Ideal candidates should possess minimum 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, demonstrating a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives from a retail shopping centre background.
* Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: While property expertise is advantageous, it is not essential. We also welcome candidates with backgrounds in consumer, retail, hospitality, fashion, or services.
