We are seeking a Team Assistant to join our Conveyancing team in our Sydney office.
In this role, you will support the efficient, effective, compliant and customer focused day to day operations of Stockland's Conveyancing team.
About the role: • Organise and complete tasks, complete reports, and daily settlement diaries within set timeframes • Perform information management including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence and project/settlement files for easy retrieval • Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures and controls • Entering customer and file information into Stockland systems • Assist and support the team to meet agreed contract exchange timeframes and settlement targets • Identify organisational improvement initiatives • Assist the team with conveyancing file management including processing of nominations, duties online preparation • Manage team email inbox • Send out settlement notifications including registration notifications via use of mail-merge tools • Ensure understanding of and performance consistent with applicable internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements as well as internal escalation procedures.
About you: • You will have previous experience in administration, preferably in a Real Estate or legal environment.
• Skills: Proficiency with CRM applications, email communications, and managing variety of tasks.
• Desirable: Experience with conveyancing, Salesforce, or DocuSign is a plus, but not essential as training is provided.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
