As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionThe role of Operations Support Officer – ANZ involves providing a high level of support to the ENR Operations Team Director and the Senior Leadership Team in the management of the ENR Business Unit.The role requires essential skills in Communication (written and oral), Interpersonal Skills, Creativity & Flexibility, Analytical, Problem Solving, and Networking Skills.ResponsibilitiesProject Set Up:Support cost centre leads in maintaining registers for clients, projects & personnelLiaise with finance to establish new clients & vendorsProject setup in D365Client Invoicing & Receivables:Monitor, receive & collate all documents required for client invoicingKeep client & project records up to date to ensure accurate & timely invoicingPayables:Create purchase orders for contractors and suppliersReconcile costs to sales and receipt in D365Reporting:Assist with data analytics and Business Unit financial performance reportingYou will provide support for the Energy and Natural Resources Business Unit team members:Work closely with Business Unit management to ensure smooth running of business functionsProvide support to all Business Unit personnelAssist with maintaining and updating Business Unit systems and processesLiaising with other Business Units across the businessLiaising with Cost Centre Leads to attain necessary inputs in support of activitiesLiaising with staff at all levels, within the Australian and New Zealand business and other T&T offices worldwideSetup and maintain project data within T&T systemsPrepare invoices, create vendor purchase orders and assist with accounts receivablesAssist Director with data analytics and Business Unit financial performance reportingAssist with and produce reports for management and board meetingsMaintain Business Unit registers and databases as requiredPreparation of correspondence – letters/emailsPreparation of submissions and reports as requiredEstablishing, updating and maintaining the Business Unit filing system for all documents related to administration of the Business Unit and ProjectsSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicableComply with the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s Business Management Systems including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management associated with the role and position within the companyQualifications3-5 years’ experience in a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong MS Excel capabilityMicrosoft Teams, D365 and SharePoint experienceAccounts and finance experienceClient Billing & Receivables experience for time and material projects in professional services businessOrganised and process orientated with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and prioritiesProcess driven and ability to prioritise competing demandsProactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the teamAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesPossesses tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectivesProven strong administrative ability and excellent organisational and communication skillsPossesses a wide knowledge of the company’s organisation and practiceAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
