Description
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
2. Lead product discovery efforts, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into product initiatives.
3. Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, monitoring performance and iterating for continuous improvement.
4. Maintain and refine the product backlog, aligning with long-term strategic roadmaps.
5. Define success metrics and track product performance.
6. Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure seamless product execution.
7. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear, consistent communication and high-quality delivery.
Profile
1. A degree in a relevant field.
2. 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
3. Exposure to environmental, operational, or sustainability-focused initiatives in mining or similar industries will be highly regarded.
4. Strong interest in advancing your career in Product Management.
5. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6. Passionate about leveraging digital solutions to drive positive business and environmental outcomes.
