The Shine Centre has a part-time or full-time psychology role available.
The role includes a combination of providing assessments and face-to-face therapy sessions.
Assessment clinic role: You will have the opportunity to guide clients and their caregivers or representatives on their assessment journey.
This includes conducting initial consultations, administering assessments, writing high quality assessment reports and providing assessment result feedback sessions to clients.
Assessments delivered at The Shine Centre's assessment clinic include:
Cognitive assessments Educational assessments Autism Assessments and more!
There is an option to complete reports and non-face-to-face work at home or in the clinic.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary assessment team.
Face-to-face therapy: You will deliver psychology sessions to patients and work towards the mutually identified therapy goals.
You will write clinic notes for every session.
You will be able to complete letters and reports as required.
Qualifications & Experience You are a member of APS and AHPRA.
You are a Registered Psychologist.
You will need a WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
You have previous experience administering assessments and writing assessment reports or you are keen to receive supervision and training to learn to do so.
You enjoy working with children and youth and giving back to regional communities.
