Key Responsibilities:
* Experience with customer service over the phone and face to face
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
* Book patient appointments as per guidelines
* Maintain medical records and documentation
* Follow-up overdue accounts
* Payment of invoices and receipt transactions
* Previous experience with Medilink - desirable
* Receipt all incoming payments
* Prepare Iptaas Claim forms as required
* Prepare banking and reconciliation
* Maintain confidentiality at all times
* Ensure safety is carried out at all times
* Willingness to learn
* Able to carry out instructions and ask questions when needed
* Enjoy working as a team member and autonomously
* MS Office proficient (Word and basic Excel)
