Our successful head contractor is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing team delivering Health, Education, Industrial, and Retail projects in Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting Scope of Works, tender packages, and project/financial reports
* Collaborating with the Project team
* Cash flow forecasting and maintaining accurate cost codes
* Budget control and oversight
* Managing formal notices and key correspondence
* Subcontractor procurement, liaison, and management
* Maintaining a register of suppliers and subcontractors
* Interpreting plans and specifications to ensure compliance and quality standards
* Processing progress claims
Requirements:
* 5+ years of Contracts Administration experience
* Proven track record in delivering projects up to $10M
* Experience in Health, Education, Industrial, or Retail projects
* Familiarity with Procore, Cheops, or Jobpac software is preferred
* Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
* Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, with a can-do attitude and a desire to further develop your construction career
