Hydroplan specialises in the planning, design, construction and operation of renewable energy projects in the UK and internationally.There are currently two main offices in the UK; Fort William in Scotland and Wimborne in England.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the management of day to day administrative tasksCoordinate and book travel arrangements and accommodation (both in the UK and internationally)Assist with reading and editing of reportsLiaise with the various departments and assist/coordinate where requiredLiaison with clients and suppliersCreating and maintaining records and databasesKeep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessaryKey Skills and AbilitiesAt least 5 years’ relevant experienceExperience of marketing would be an advantageExcellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to speak with both clients and suppliers.A friendly but professional attitude.
