Role Requirements:
Availability:
* Must be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, totaling 38 hours per week. This schedule is designed to align with peak shopping times, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service throughout the week.
Experience:
* Proven previous fashion experience, ideally within a luxury or high-end retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and the ability to create an exclusive shopping experience.
Skills:
* Exceptional Customer Service: Commitment to providing an exclusive and luxury experience for customers. You should be adept at understanding and anticipating customer needs, creating personalised shopping experiences, and building long-lasting customer relationships.
* Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to engage with a diverse clientele and team members effectively is crucial.
* Positive Attitude: A can-do, enthusiastic attitude that inspires your team and contributes to a positive work environment.
* Leadership: Proven leadership skills to empower your team, set and achieve sales targets, and drive growth. You should be able to mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail financials, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost control. You will be responsible for the financial performance of your store, proactively driving sales while minimising costs.

* Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the Anthea Crawford essence each day. Ensure that the store environment reflects the brand's sophistication and style.
* Sales and Financial Performance: Drive sales and minimise costs to ensure the financial performance of your store. Use your financial acumen to make informed decisions that benefit the business.
* Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day store operations with a high level of autonomy. Coordinate with staff across the business, and maintain the 'rhythm of the business.'
