Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity to join our friendly and passionate Reservations team. Looking after reservations for Pullman, Novotel and Ibis at Sydney Olympic Park, where no 2 days are the same! Reporting to the Reservations Manager, our Reservations Sales Agents are often the first point of contact for our guests.
Our Reservations Sales Agents:
1. Accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations.
2. Communicate with our guests via phone and email.
3. Consistently provide professional and friendly service.
4. Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Availability to work a rotating roster, including Saturdays, when required.
2. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
3. A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Experience in a similar or customer service based role is highly desired.
6. Knowledge of Opera Cloud, Sevenrooms and RESAweb preferred.
