This is a leadership role where you will lead a team in Brisbane whilst also supporting teams across NSW and VIC. Projects that you will have exposure to will be large-scale transport infrastructure, renewables, recreation, open space, tourism, urban development, and extractive industries. What You'll Be Doing: Prepare detailed LVIA technical studies and outputs for Development Applications and Environmental Effects Statements, collaborating with team members. Conduct site visits, fieldwork, and photography to inform comprehensive LVIA assessments. Provide Landscape Planning and advice for various landscape architecture, planning, and urban design projects. Lead the team developing Landscape Plans, graphics/mapping, and 3D modeling photomontages and renders. Engage in Business Development and Client Liaison, preparing proposals and briefs. Manage consultation and stakeholder relationships effectively. Actively contribute to their culture and leadership. What We're Looking For: Degree or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Planning, or a related field. Established experience in fulfilling similar functions or in a comparable role or consultancy. Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external teams. Strong knowledge of technical processes associated with LVIA studies. Proficiency in a broad range of supporting landscape software. Proven record as an LVIA Expert Witness at VCAT (advantageous but not mandatory). Excellent presentation and report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail. Confident and creative approach to problem-solving. Collaborative and flexible mindset with an ambition to excel and develop LVIA and landscape planning capacity within the company.
