Our employees are incredibly passionate about the jobs they do - you will find a strong team spirit across our services and amazing colleagues who always pull together and look out for each other.MAIN PURPOSE:To enable service users to take part in recreational and social activities of their choice, encouraging independent choice.MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Working with healthcare assistants and therapists to ensure cognitive, social, emotional, physical and functional needs are addressed.Responsible to facilitate service users in their chosen activities and to enable service users to deal with self-care deficits as appropriate.Responsible to ensure that the service users' individual rights and choices are actively promoted and supported, and their beliefs and preferences appropriately acknowledged.Monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of all service users in order to be aware of changes and to alert senior colleagues as necessary.
