Mobility Support: Helping clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, and positioning. Medication Assistance: Prompting prescribed medication administration and monitoring health conditions as directed. Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversation, and participating in activities to enhance the client's quality of life. Household Tasks: Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team.
