About the role
The Safety, Quality & Risk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring SA Medical Imaging, Lyell McEwin Hospital is a quality assured and accredited service provider by coordinating and leading the Divisions Quality Assurance (QA) Program, including providing consultancy, expert advice and recommendations, developing and implementing consumer review processes, key performance indicators, policies, procedures and an internal audit schedule, research, investigation and risk assessment.

Essential Requirements:
* Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
* Working With Children Check (DHS)
* Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
Educational/Vocational Qualifications:
* Registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia or
* Registration with the ASAR (Australian Sonographer Accreditation Register)
