Provide quotes, handle customer queries including pricing and reporting issues, and escalate when needed. Maintain customer accounts by updating cards, correcting applications, and reconciling accounts. Perform counter sales and process invoices for other strategic distributors, coordinating deliveries. Print in-house lube stickers as needed, order from Cohesion, and manage the back order report weekly. Handle payments for cash sales through online portal and EFT terminal, ensuring details are updated in the EFTPOS payment sheet. Provide backup and relief for other customer service positions as required. The Successful Applicant Take proactive steps to prevent product, process, and quality system non-conformities, and take corrective actions within their authority.
