The RoleAs our Business Analyst, you'll be a critical link between business objectives and operational solutions.
In this role, you'll methodically collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and systems.
You'll evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategic improvements aligned with our organisational goals.Your responsibilities include translating complex business needs into clear, actionable documentation, facilitating seamless communication between departments and implementation teams, ensuring project deliverables meet business requirements, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
Through your analytical expertise and structured problem-solving approach, you'll help the business optimise operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.You'll work alongside our talented in-house multidisciplinary team including Developers, System Integrators, and Desktop & Applications Support Analysts under the leadership of our Head of IT.
Additionally, you'll receive valuable support from our Data & Analytics and Leadership teams to successfully drive key business initiatives forward.
